A successful workout shouldn’t only be measured by weight loss or muscle build, but also by the great way you feel afterwards. A successful workout is when you feel content and have forgotten all of your worries for a moment. I don’t believe in a universal, standardised training program for all. Instead I think it’s more effective to find and apply the perfect mix of different activities and exercises that will whip both your body and mind into shape.

Normally I don’t post such pics. But I just wanted to show you guys that personal trainers are not perfect. I am not always consistent: either with nutrition or training and this shows the left picture. One month ago I wasn’t feeling good with myself/my body. I trained randomly, I just ate everything without thinking. But it came a point where I had enough and I change my behavior: started counting my macros, weighting my food, didn’t drink Alkohol, got enough sleep and trained smart. I am not saying that it’s easy. No it isn’t! It’s very hard and it request lots of mental strength, big discipline and consistency. For me all that hard work is worth it, looking at the right picture after 4 weeks. I feel better, I sleep better, I am stronger... This lifestyle is for sure not for everyone. It’s a decision that you make. For the moment it feels right and it feels good 😀 So, I will keep it that way! At the and it’s MY PRIORITY. MY DECISION. 😘
