Clients find relief from exam anxiety, phobias, insomnia, fear of public speaking, allergies, performance anxiety. Old habits lessen and disappear: smoking; eating issues; negative self-talk; self-sabotage. WHAT HAPPENS IN A SESSION? Sessions start with coaching questions to briefly determine the past, present and desired future situation. What resources both personal and other are available are then clarified. The next sustainable action is visualised, felt, discussed and a deadline is selected. Hypnosis is then used to consolidate the alignment between head and heart, to harmonise the mind and the intuition. In trance new perspectives and surprising combinations develop and give insights on how easy, or light-hearted the change can be. After the trance client confirms the next tiny step they will take towards buding the new behaviour or habit. Depending on the work the client wishes to do, a date is set for a future follow up session.
