Raw practice of the day. This is full second series by tradition with the exception of 2 postures with the legs behind the head. These are modified since I have not practiced them for a while and those legs don’t like going behind the head. Having said that, legs behind the head is the mega release for the nervous system....I have also reduced the jump backs so I avoid losing the integrity of the movement (aka rounding my shoulders forward). The more I develop my movement practice, the better my yoga practice becomes. Transferability...
