Hilfreiches Wissen für die Geburt 💕
There is no one movement that opens the entire pelvis! There are several levels that open differently depending on the movement pattern.
If you are trying to open the top of the pelvis to help baby engage, or enter the pelvis, we want to focus on wider knees. This helps open the top diameter more side to side.
But, if we are trying to open the bottom of the pelvis for pushing, we want to think knees in and ankles out to create more space side to side!
Learn more about pelvic dynamics in our online childbirth education courses!
We will also be breaking it down specific for pushing on Tuesday night, July 20th at 730pm EST. recording will be available! Sign up for the webinar at Mamastefit.com/webinars
