Diesen Sonntagmorgen bin ich dankbar für langen Schlaf und extra Zeit, um eine tiefere Atemsession für mich selbst zu machen. Ich bin auch besonders dankbar für die Möglichkeit, Ende des Jahres zu Weihnachten wieder mit meiner Mutter zusammen zu sein. Aktion: Starte heute und jeden Tag mit Dankbarkeit.
