👩🎓👩🎓👩🎓 you don't need a university degree. Something else is much more important... 👩🎓👩🎓👩🎓
Since I announced that I was going to do a live event on "The Path to Your Own Book," (in German) I've gotten
a zillion emails saying how exciting and inspiring 🤩 you find it and that you've actually wanted to write a book yourself for a long time. ✒️
Which was originally the reason I planned the event. 💫
However, there is one more thing we need to talk about. 🔊 Something that concerns everyone of you who is waiting to start something new. Something unfamiliar.
Namely, that most of the mails continue with you either not trusting yourself to do it (because someone once told you your essay wasn't good enough, probably the same teacher 👵👴 who read Faust II or the boring English equivalent for recreation...) or that you don't have time. ⏱️
What's actually getting in the way of your dream of writing your own book, however, is something else entirely. 🔮
And it's not the lack of a muse, 🧞♀️ that refuses to kiss you when you wake up each day and bring you your coffee in bed. ☕
But rather the lack of a concrete plan for how you're going to approach it. 📋
When people say, "I have no idea how to write a book," 🤷♀️ what they really mean is, "I haven't done anything yet to learn more about the steps involved in the process." 🦥
This not-knowing is like a black hole that paralyzes you and nips all creativity in the bud. ❗
(Ouch, I know. 😬 Sorry 🫣 But it needed to be said...)
The good news is: there's nothing stopping you from learning about these steps and implementing them. One by one. 👣
Without wanting to bury your head in the sand overwhelmed. 🙈
A concrete plan is exactly what you'll get from me if you work with me. 🗺️
Be that learning how to write and publish your book or how to design the life of your dreams. 😶🌫️
Let's talk. 🤗
