Meet our amazing Yoga teacher and Pranayama/Meditation coach, Larissa! She holds a 200-hour YTT certification and is a skilled traditional Hatha Yoga instructor. This year, Larissa is furthering her expertise with 50-hour advanced trainings in both Yin Yoga and Vinyasa sequencing.

In addition to her group classes, Larissa offers personalized Yoga and Meditation sessions. She is fluent in both German and English. 🧘🏻‍♀️🌿
