Malen im Atelier ist eine Auseinandersetzung mit sich selbst.Das Malatelier bietet einen geschützten Raum in welchem alle in einer wertfreier Atmosphäre ohne künstlerische Fähigkeiten malen können. Art Therapie und Begleitetes malen sind eigenständige Formen der

Therapie und Selbsterfahrung. Mit Bildern, Farbe und Form, können Gedanken und Gefühle ausgedrückt werden, die sonst nur schwer zu artikulieren wären. Das Begleitete malen eignet sich für Menschen in allen Altersstufen und Lebenssituationen:

Verbessert die Lebensqualität und Konzentration. Bringt Ausgleich und hilft Abstand in belastenden Situationen zu nehmen. Stärkt das Selbstwert Gefühl und fördert das Selbstvertrauen. Fördert die Wahrnehmung und den Selbstausdruck. Ermöglicht Entspannen und wirkt wie Wellnes für die Seele. Lindert psychische Schmerzen bei Verlust, Trennung, Scheidung. Hilft neue Lösungen zu finden. Bringt Freude und Spass am malen und experimentieren. Wirkt oft dort, wo andere Methoden gescheitert sind. Ist empfehlenswert für Menschen die nicht gerne sprechen oder sprechen können.

⭐️ SBA Plantae 2024 ⭐️

Congratulations to SBA Fellow Leda Turner for being awarded the SBA award Exhibiting Excellence in Watercolour for her piece Broccolo Splendido

Leda says of her beautiful, detailed work - “Broccoli head and leaves which emerged as is from vegetable box from local growers. I was captivated by the flow of the dancing leaves and had to work quickly in the drawing stage to capture its beauty. I had wanted to make it all about those leaves but inevitably the broccoli head stood its ground and saw me lost in its wonderful colour spectrum.”
