Vairakau Maori

Just made a batch, lots of work involve. Traditional Maori medicine, heals most skin abrasions, for sensitive and general skin types.

Kia Orana, it is a blessing to be learning Vairakau Maori (Maori Medicine).

I learned these recipes from my Vouvou (Grandmother) who was born and raised in the Pa Enua, Akatokamanava (Mauke).

These Vairakau Maori recipes have been passed down through generations to my Vouvou and now - to me, it is a blessing to be a descendent of Tauu O Te Rangi.

My Vouvou was born and raised in Mauke, making medicine and herbal remedies was a normal part of everyday life for her and our family.
