Las Cuatro Nobles Verdades: hay sufrimiento en la vida, cuáles son las causas del sufrimiento, este sufrimiento puede terminar y cómo terminar con él... Es como si fueras al médico, ¡oh, esa es la dolencia! Podemos curar este sufrimiento. La medicina es lo que el Buda llama el Óctuple Sendero:
Punto de vista derecho
pensamiento correcto
discurso correcto
Buena accion
Medio de vida adecuado
Esfuerzo espiritual correcto
Conciencia correcta
Unidad correcta

Right livelihood
Right spiritual effort
Right awareness
Right Oneness"
