Calling all my adventurous yogis… we loved Patagonia and we’re considering another retreat in 2027.

Anybody else? 😉

Here’s a fun fact: you can totally go on a yoga retreat, even if it’s been awhile since you last practiced.

Spots still open for summer Back to Nature and Rewilding the Sacred in Oregon and this fall Rooted & Wild in NC.

Time…space … presence… some of our greatest teachers.

Forgive yourself for what only time could teach you.

Because some truths don’t arrive when you want them to😉

They arrive when you’re finally ready to hear them.

And suddenly the thing you used to judge yourself for becomes the very thing that taught you depth, discernment, and self-trust.

Time has a way of softening what forcing and pushing never could.

13/03/2026

You don’t realize how tired your nervous system is until it finally feels safe.

Safe enough to stop scanning.
Safe enough to soften.
Safe enough to not be needed for a minute.
Safe enough to receive.

That first retreat practice does something words usually can’t:

It tells your body,
you can let go now.

We’ve got a spot for you this summer at the Back to Nature Retreats in Oregon.

Practice yoga outside with the sound of the creek and forest as your backdrop.

Connect with a truly amazing group of women.

An opportunity to rest, connect, hike, laugh, swim, and most importantly receive.

Consistency.

It’s how you build strength. It’s how you build a business. It’s how you build self-trust.
It’s how you build a soul aligned life.

But here’s what I’ve learned after 13 summers and more retreats than I can count:

Consistency isn’t just workouts and work ethic.

In yoga, we call it abhyasa — steady, devoted practice over time.

Not intensity. Not perfection. Devotion.

It’s consistently choosing the woman you’re becoming.

It’s saying yes to the retreat even when it’s inconvenient.
It’s showing up to your mat when you’d rather scroll.
It’s honoring the pull instead of negotiating with it.

And the second half of that teaching?
Vairagya — releasing attachment to comfort, to old identities, to the story of “not yet”.

They’re calling this Fire Horse energy — bold, catalytic, unwilling to be tamed.

Translation?

This is not the year to keep circling the life you want.

Yoga was never about the pose.
It’s about alignment — in your body, your choices, your life.

Let this be the year you stay consistent with your courage.
Let this be the year you become the catalyst.

🌿 Back to Nature is open.
Limited spots. Same land. Same magic.New version of you.

You don’t need a dramatic overhaul.
You need one aligned decision.

The average 40-year-old is 52% done with her life.

And I’m done waiting for someday.
Someday is the most polite way we abandon ourselves. 😬

Someday when the schedule clears.
Someday when it’s less scary.
Someday when I’m more ready.
Someday when I’m debt free.
Someday when I’ve earned it.

No.

I’ve seen what happens when women keep pushing their desires to the bottom of the list.

They get efficient. Responsible. Reliable.
And quietly disconnected. They start prioritizing the very things that drain their spark.

You don’t need another year of thinking about it.
You don’t need one more podcast episode or pros-and-cons list.

You need to stop pretending you have endless time.

If the retreat keeps crossing your mind…
If the YTT won’t leave you alone…
That’s not random.

That’s your life asking you to participate in it.
I’m done waiting for someday.

You?

🌿 Retreats are open.
📿 YTT begins in May.

Decide.

Yoga Retreats to Light Your Soul On Fire!

A Letter From Autumn Adams, the founder of Ambuja Yoga

Welcome to Ambuja Yoga! I’m thrilled that you’ve found us (and that you’re snooping around our page to learn more). Each and every day I am thankful for this community of awesome, powerful and compassionate yogis. I am grateful that you’re here and that you’re interested in investing in your wellbeing by attending a yoga retreat, yoga teacher training or group class.

I created Ambuja Yoga in 2014 as an outlet to share my passion for wellbeing and balanced living while actively creating a life that I LOVE. As Ambuja Yoga came into fruition and evolved into what it is today, I can honestly say that I have found my path, my life’s work, my dharma.

I want the same for you. I want you to love the life you live. My hope is to empower YOU to be courageous (to take those leaps), to handle life’s challenges with grace, and uncover your life’s sankalpa (an intention that guides you in all aspects of your life).
