We will give you the psychological mental framework of pre and post emergent events so that you may continue to live a long full life and not be just a survivor. MISSION
Our mission is to give you the tools and resources to negotiate a catastrophic event. These tools and resources will allow you to fill in the gaps of trauma resuscitation and point of injury care by collaborating with current national paramedic protocols with current USSOCOM Advance Tactical Paramedic protocols. We will give you the psychological framework of pre and post emergent events so that you may continue to live a long full life and not be just a survivor. Caregivers
If you have loved ones living with you, young or elderly; you will eventually have to render aid for falls, fractures, and possibly an emergency medical situation. Do you have the basic skills to treat a life-threatening injury? Do you know how to deal with a severe allergic reaction (anaphylaxes) or even an episode of seizures? These events happen daily at home, work, farm, ranch, office, airports, on the trails, driving to and from all these places. The question should not be “what am I going to do when this happens to me?”; it needs to be, “when this happens, I am confident in my ability and know my capability!”
Outdoorsman
Are you a Guide Fitter, where lifesaving medical aid is more than an hour away either by land, water, or air? The “Golden Hour” is a term used by emergency medical professionals; it is the allotted time to conduct all life saving measures. If lifesaving interventions are not done within this time limit, then death is a high probability! I’ll say this, if you cannot control a massive hemorrhage inside of 30 seconds, then the “Golden Hour” is irrelevant. A person with an uncontrolled massive hemorrhage will die in a couple of minutes. Fundamental skills are needed to deal with mass hemorrhage, airway injuries, chest injuries and hypothermia; let us show you these combat proven techniques. “It’s not enough to know what to do but rather why am I doing it”
EXPERIENCE
We have hand selected our cadre to meet the needs of private citizens and each level of medical disciplines practicing today. Our cadre come from the front lines of point of injury care from first responders to US Military Combat Search and Rescue and US Special Operations Forces’ backgrounds with over 80 years of combined experience. All cadre maintain national certifications and United States Special Operations Command (USSOCOM) Advance Tactical Paramedics. Everything from stubbing that big toe, to dealing with sniffles and snuffles (Upper Respiratory infections, URIs’) to Improvised Explosive Devices (IED) wounds in combat, Gunshot Wounds (GSW/s) to Rocket Propelled Grenade (RPG) injuries; we’ve pretty much dealt with most unimaginable injuries, down to the most common ailment in our society today. My team and I have dealt with all of these on the home front with our primary family and with our second family in our Special Ops Teams.
