I decided to get a haircut today, wanting to look good at least for myself, my future wife, and family 😂. But something surprising happened. 😊

After the barber finished, I paid him with a smile as bright as a guy whose crush just said yes! 😂

I didn't just hand over the money, though. I made sure to say, "Thank you so much, Barber! You did a great job." He couldn't stop smiling back.

Our smiles spread to the other customers in the salon. Then, as I was walking out, I heard a voice whisper, "Yoo, yoo!" Turning back, I saw it was the barber. I asked what was up, and he looked at me curiously, asking where I was from. I smiled and said, "Northwest." He smiled again, and said, "I knew you would never be a francophone."

I said, "Wow!" shook his hand, and left.

My people, please remember this: wherever you go in life, be grateful, even to those who work to earn something from you. Somewhere, there's someone with all the money but no one to work for them.

Make a life of positivity your best friend. It will not only help you, but it will also help everyone around you.

I'm still smiling about this whole thing! 😂

Craving food isn't the enemy; it's a natural human experience! The key lies in what you're training your body to crave. Instead of constantly reaching for pizza, mambo, processed meats, or shawarma, why not reprogram your cravings to desire nutrients instead?

Your body is inherently connected to nature. It's designed to thrive on natural foods because it's made up of the same elements!

If you truly want to live a long, healthy, and vibrant life, you need to teach your body to crave nature. That means prioritizing whole, unprocessed foods like fruits, vegetables, whole grains, and lean proteins.

Processed foods definitely have their place – they can be convenient, and sometimes they're just plain enjoyable! But they should be viewed as occasional supplements to your diet, not your daily bread. 🥪 They shouldn't be the foundation of your nutritional intake.

Start small. Introduce more whole foods into your meals gradually, and over time, you'll be amazed at how your cravings shift. You'll begin to actually desire that juicy apple, that vibrant salad, that hearty bowl of whole grains.

No Mbongo tchobi No Bassa people in Cameroon.

This dish is rare and yummy. The highly nutritive spice widely called the mbogo spice give this stew it's distinctive colour and flavour. Other spices accompanying this dish are tomatoes, ginger, onion, garlic, pepper and njangsa. You could use fish as your obstacles 😅.

It's highly eaten with fairy ripe plantains or yam. It's a beautiful dish, what if you consider giving it a try ? Or have you eaten this before?

Is it still a fail government that hinders you not to take care of your health?

When you visit the hospital these days, you'll find that the majority of patients on the operating tables are young people.

Similarly, the highest number of individuals battling life-threatening illnesses are also young.

Have you ever asked yourself, why is it rare to hear about elderly people undergoing operations daily? Why is it so often the youth?

It's because of the many harmful things we do to our bodies: what we consume, excessive alcohol intake, and other factors I won't mention.

If you want to live a long life, limit your alcohol consumption and be mindful of your eating habits, because what we consume is what keeps us alive.

This life is simple, but we often refuse to do what's necessary. Good evening, everyone! How have you been doing in my absence?

Let's continue our biochemistry lesson in the stomach. Are you ready? Let's go 👍👍

So, when illness knocks on your body, it doesn't just affect your ability to send food to your stomach; even gastric emptying (how quickly food leaves your stomach) is impacted.

If your medications include antibiotics or painkillers, you might feel like giving up on your own body. 😂 But I dare you not to! 😉

Soon, you may experience bloating, nausea, or even discomfort when you force yourself to eat. Some may even start vomiting! 😲

However, if you skip your meals 😋, you worsen the situation, as your stomach linings could be consumed by the very drugs you're taking, causing even more harm to your system.

So, make it a habit to cultivate the habit of forcing yourself to eat during these times. Otherwise, you're causing more harm to your body.

We will emphasize further why eating is vital, not only when you're well but also when you're sick. Stay tuned for more insights!
