Become A High Achiever

Habits are a very important aspect of our lives as they tell who we are, our strengths, weaknesses, and more. Habit is a thing of practice and high achievers understand the essence of building solid habits.

As an infant after birth, you start learning lots of new things just by observation and what you're being taught by the elders around you. Initially, those things seem difficult to do but the more you are made to repeat those activities for several days, your brain becomes naturally wired to see those as routines making them easier in your eyes.

After going through the 5 AM Club, I realized that it takes 66 days to lock in the habits you desire. That one thing you deserve is to live at your best. To do this you need positive energy which you only get by building positive habits, letting go of habits that don't deserve your time.

WHY'S MY OWN ALWAYS DIFFERENT 😭😭

Are they any better than me?? Or why can't I achieve just as much as they are achieving? Is my own different?So many of us turn to ask ourselves these kinds of questions daily yet with no clear-cut answers as to why we're unable to be like those people.

Some time ago during my primary school days, my grandpa asked after looking at my schools report card "Who did you leave the first position for or those who took that position do they have horns on their head?"

Well as expected, I wasn't bothered since I was just a kid back then but as I grew older I got to realize that the reason for why I couldn't take the first position was because I had installed that thought in my brain so much such that it had become a half. We truly don't get our desired results not because it's impossible, but due to the fact that we see no problems with the kinds of habits we incorporate into our brains.

As a medical student while studying the brain in one of our lectures, I realized that the brain is such an intelligent organ. Imagine the results we get when we're under pressure to get work done or acquire something. Because our brain cells are always activated in times of stress and discipline we can turn this to our advantage by teaching our brain cells the right habits

We don't remind ourselves every morning we ought to brush our teeth because we taught our brains to function that way. Let's teach our brains through consistent practice those habits we want to keep for better results

Remember lazing our brains around destroys our brain cells and we get to start saying or asking "why ours is different" whereas it's just our bad practices and habits.
