SIMPLE WAYS TO GET PREGNANT FAST
If you and your partner want a baby, there are simple things you can do that help. Below, are do-it-yourself tips which might help you or your partner get pregnant faster.
1. Know The Best Time To Try:
In other words, know your fertile days. A woman usually gets pregnant if she has s*x a few days before and on the day she ovulates.
For many women, this happens about 12–16 days before the next period. That is, if your period is regular, count back from when your next period should start.
Watch your body: clear, stretchy discharge (like raw egg white) means you are close to ovulation. In addition, some women feel a small twinge/ sharp pain in the belly.
Have s*x once every day or every other day during those days -- this gives s***m the best chance to meet the egg.
2. Keep Your Body Healthy:
Eat good food: vegetables, fruits, fish, beans, eggs. What's more, keep a healthy weight -- very thin or very heavy can make it harder to get pregnant.
Men should avoid hot baths and tight underwear too often — heat can lower s***m count.
3. Avoid Things That Make It Harder To Get Pregnant:
Stop smoking and cut down alcohol -- they lower your chances of pregnancy. Also, do not use drugs.
What's more, avoid heavy stress when possible. Try to rest, walk, or talk with someone you trust.
Even better, don’t do**he or use strong soaps inside the va**na — this can stop s***m from reaching the egg.
4. See A Health Worker If Needed:
If you are under 35 and have been trying for 1 year without success, see a doctor or clinic, preferably a gynecologist.
If you are 35 or older and have tried for 6 months without success, see a doctor sooner.
Check for infections (like STIs), make sure you and your partner are healthy.
In A Nutshell:
These four steps — trying during fertile days, keeping healthy, avoiding harmful habits, and seeing a health worker when needed — help many couples get pregnant. Be patient and keep trying. God's time is the best.
