It’s May 1 and I’ve just had one of those pause and reflect moments.
This year has been flying, and in the chaos of life - hospital visits, new jobs, Year 12 stress - I’ve let some old habits sneak back in.
I’ve been flat, snappy and sluggish.
My jeans are tight. My skin’s dull. And I’ve been relying on sugar, wine, and extra coffee to get through the day 🫣.
The juggle is real, hey?!
But I know how good it feels to be on top of my health. It changes everything. My energy. My confidence. My patience. My clarity.
So this is my reset moment.
I’m jumping back into our 21-Day Transform Challenge. We start on May 15 and I’m going all in.
