This dream started many years ago, and even as it was gladly at the time training and equipping offshore workers with emergency first aid skills always brought some form of comfort.
I feeling of excitement and fulfillment grips me as I finally lay aside my fears and take on this mission give back in the health sector.

Gratitude beyond words!

Visiting Biaka University Institute of Buea - BUIB was an emotional and fulfilling experience. As a proud alumna and nurse-turned-musician, I was honored to share my journey and passion for health and wellness with the students and faculty.

My time at BUIB, with its motto “Audacity to be different,” shaped me in countless ways. It’s where I developed the skills and discipline that have stayed with me throughout my career. Today, I’m proud to be an advocate for health awareness, particularly in the areas of first aid and emergency reanimation and resuscitation.

Sharing insights on the importance of these life-saving skills was truly special. I emphasized how critical it is for our community to be equipped with the knowledge and confidence to respond in emergency situations. By working together, we can create a safer, healthier environment for everyone.

A heartfelt thank you to the administration, incredible teachers, and amazing students who welcomed me with open arms. Your impact on my journey is immeasurable, and I will always be grateful for the knowledge, values, and confidence you instilled in me.

I would like this express my gratitude to the Principal of GHS Bokwango, the entire school administration, and the dedicated teachers for the warm reception I received during my recent visit!.

I’m still overwhelmed with gratitude for the trust you placed in me to share my thoughts on these pressing issues that plague our communities.

Your enthusiasm and support meant the world to me as I spoke on the significance of First Aid Awareness and the role of music and arts in promoting mental health, self-confidence, and emotional well-being.

Thank you for creating a nurturing environment that fosters growth, learning, and creativity. I’m honored to have been a part of your school community, even if only for a day.

“We are thrilled to be returning to Biaka University Institute, on February 6th, 2025, to share my story and passion with the next generation of leaders.

As a nurse and healthcare advocate, I've learned the importance of caring for others with compassion and empathy. But I've also discovered that nurturing my own dreams and passions is crucial to making a meaningful impact.

During my visit, I'll be discussing the vital role of first aid and emergency reanimation and resuscitation in saving lives. I'll share my experiences and expertise, highlighting the importance of being prepared and equipped to respond in emergency situations.

I'm grateful for the foundation laid by my teachers, including Pa Mofaw (RIP), Mr. Chanyi, Mr. Ashu, and Mr. Alex, who helped shape me into the person I am today.

I invite all students and faculty to join me on this special day, as we explore the critical importance of first aid and emergency care. Let's work together to empower our community with the knowledge and skills to save lives.

Happy New Month and Happy New Week fam.
As we step into this fresh beginning, we are excited to share that February is a special month, therefore in collaboration with Asaba our founder, we’ve chosen to celebrate it in a special way.

On the 6th and 7th of February, we’ll be revisiting her roots and spending time with her beloved Alma maters - the schools that laid the foundation for the person she is today.
The purpose of these visits is to lay emphasis on :

-The importance of first Aid and emergency reanimation and resuscitation awareness.
-And the role of music and arts in promoting mental health, self-confidence and emotional well-being.

It's going to be an incredible experience, and we are looking forward to reconnecting and giving back to the community that nurtured her.
