Patient 12 y.o, W:44kg, H:130cm came to the emergency department complaining of a left hip pain since 3 weeks.
An x-ray radiography of the left hip was performed showing a SCFE of severe degree ( soutkwick grading) of the left hip. The management of choice was an Open epiphyseal reduction with screw fixation.
