Have you ever bought a nice dress only to rock it and then the belly comes out to say hi in its full glory ? Often sad right ? You find a really good style in the catalogue but you can't try it out because your dear friend will show up and ruin the style , it happens to about 80 % of our women .

Sugar-sweetened beverages are loaded with liquid fructose, which can make you gain belly fat. To lose belly fat, it’s best to completely avoid sugar-sweetened beverages such as:
