This pipe here may look like exaggerating, but trust me it is exactly what it looks like.

Early this year 2023, I found myself sick all the time. With my kind of job, I am surrounded by all kind of pharmaceutical products. I found myself drinking everything drinkable and injecting everything injectable just to relieve myself from uncomfortable symptoms.

I am not a fan of conventional medicine. If you have ever been consulted by me, I'm sure you must have noticed I always refer you back to natural healing methods or to some trusted traditional medicines that can help you. Not that I don't use conventional medicine to treat but when the situation can be handled by a natural method, I will prefer you handle it that way.

So due to me falling sick frequently, I had to ask myself what's wrong. I discovered I changed from drinking mineral water to drinking forage water and even sometimes tap water. That is when I discovered my reason for the frequent sickness. I went back to drinking bottled mineral water and is been over 6 months not even headache. A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A HEALTHY PERSON

It's been quite some time and I'd love to reassure you that there is enough to learn and in the most simplistic manner. Talking about overall health, it is often a combination of what you eat and how you live. Now, let's go through a typical day for a healthy person.

1. In the morning, they wake up and drink a glass of water to hydrate and then do a 10-minute yoga or stretching routine to start their day off on the right foot.

2. Eat a healthy breakfast like oatmeal with fruit and drink a cup of green tea or coffee.

3. Throughout the day, they might make sure to get up and take regular breaks to stretch or go for a walk.

4. For lunch, they might have a salad with lots of veggies and lean protein or garri and soup with vegetable of choice.

5. After lunch, our healthy person might go for a quick walk around the block to get some fresh air and sunlight.

6. Also in the afternoon, they might have a healthy snack like nuts or a piece of fruit.

7. They also make sure to take regular breaks to get up and move around, as well as DRINK PLENTY OF WATER throughout the day.

7. For dinner, they make a simple, healthy meal like yam and vegetable sauce or some other easy to digest meal usually taken at least before 7PM. After dinner, they might unwind by reading or listening to music.

8. When it's bedtime, they make sure to have a regular sleep routine and turn off screens an hour before bedtime.

This is achievable. Without excuses, you will achieve your desired result.
