Case Sharing: Severe Lower Limb Arterial Calcification Treated with ThorCrack Peripheral IVL

Patient Profile

·Gender: Female
·Age: 53 years
·Chief Complaint: Bilateral foot necrosis with black discoloration for >6 months
·Past Medical History: Long-term hemodialysis for end-stage renal disease, hypertension, and diabetes mellitus with poor long-term control

Clinical Findings

·Physical Examination: Weak femoral pulses; absent popliteal and dorsalis pedis pulses; ulceration on left first toe; necrosis on right first and second toes
·Preoperative Imaging: Severe, diffuse calcified stenosis in bilateral lower limb arteries

Treatment Approach
Given the complex vascular condition, we selected the ThorCrack Peripheral IVL Balloon Dilatation Catheter System. Due to the patient’s limited tolerance, staged interventional procedures on both lower limbs were performed.

Surgical Outcome
Post-procedure, arterial stenosis improved significantly, blood flow increased, and skin temperature rose. No postoperative complications occurred. Both the patient and surgical team were highly satisfied with the results.

This case highlights a major breakthrough in minimally invasive treatment for severe lower limb arteriosclerosis, providing more effective solutions for challenging cases.

We, LEPU IVD visited our key partner for ADC ELISA200 and attend 6 laboratories meeting with currently our ADC ELISA 200 system on Aug. 18th, 2025. The feedback was excellent– all of these 21 units ADC ELISA 200 have been with very good performance since install in 2024 and they even not want to use the previous old other brand for aully autoamte ELISA analyzer, and intend to replace others brand after the new batch arrived in the Phillppine as their samples be received more and more .👏

🤩We have been installed 39 units in the Phillppine till now, distributor feedback that all of the 21 units ELISA with very good performance from last year in the laboratory and previous 18 units of ADC ELISA180 and ADC ELISA300 even working more than 9 years still working and with very good performance as the core motor and syringe with the best quality in the world.
