The high-purity chondroitinase is mainly used for the determination of chondroitin sulfate (enzymatic hydrolysis
liquid phase method).
Chondroitin sulfate degrades chondroitin sulfate A, chondroitin sulfate B (dermatan sulfate), and chondroitin
sulfate C. This enzyme acts on and cleaves the β1-4 glycosidic bond between the disaccharide repeating units
through a β-elimination mechanism. The degradation products are mainly unsaturated disaccharides, which can
be detected by a UV photometer (232 nm).
Applications :
sulfate and detect its content by HPLC
of chondroitin disaccharide and hyaluronic acid disaccharide
of glycosaminoglycans to prepare oligosaccharide library
or cells for further research

Prothrombin（Factor II)
Bovine prothrombin is prepared from freshly collected bovine plasma and consists of single-chain polypeptides. The prothrombin complex (FXa, FVa, PL, and Ca++) activates prothrombin to produce the serine protease thrombin. The purity of prothrombin was determined by SDS-PAGE, and the purity of prothrombin did not decrease after 2-mercaptoethanol incubation.
