To celebrate 25th anniversary of CITEC and express gratitude for team members’ outstanding contributions, our company meticulously planned and held six days journey to Japan.

This journey is not only an experience of Japanese culture, but also a vivid demonstration of company’s cohesion and team spirit. From the cultural aroma of Tokyo’s Senso-ji Temple, to the spectacular view of mount Fuji and the serene aura of Swan Lake, from the ancient charm of Kyoto and Nara, to the modern life of Osaka, the journey was rich and diverse. Throughout the journey, the warm and harmonious atmosphere profoundly reflected the deep friendship among team members.

For last 25 years, team members have weathered the storm together with the company, and they are the foundation of CITEC’s development. This trip enabled everybody to relax, experience exotic customs, and deeply felt the company’s care and respect.

In the future, CITEC will continue to hold its gratitude, enhance team building, and stand together with all team members to embrace an even glorious next 25 years!

CITEC celebrated the 25th anniversary of the company on May 24, 2025. All of staff joined together and had a big party in the company's meeting room.

At nine o'clock, the celebration started. Mr. Jin Xiaohu, General Manager of CITEC, delivered an opening speech by reviewing the company's arduous journey over the past 25 years, from the difficult start during early stage of entrepreneurship to the gradual emergence in the industry, and from limited client resources to establishment of stable trade partnerships with over 80 countries and regions worldwide. CITEC has earned high recognition from all business partners by its rigorous work ethic, professional expertise, and quality and trustworthy services. He particularly emphasized that these 25 years of achievements were inseparable from every employee's dedication, it was the unity, collaboration, and efforts of all staff that enabled the company to grow and develop.

He pointed out that CITEC will keep pace with the times and increase the investment on the R&D and realize the product differentiation and upgrading. Meanwhile, the company will optimize supply chain management, strengthen strategic partnerships with high-quality suppliers, improve product cost-effectiveness and delivery efficiency, and further enhance international market competitiveness.

In the next section, the employees who had served the company for more than five, ten, and fifteen years were awarded with certificates, gifts and bonuses. These employees are invaluable assets and the mainstay of the company’s growth. On behalf of CITEC, Mr. Jin Xiaohu expressed heartfelt gratitude to them for their years of dedication, then followed by a long applause, everyone showed their profound respect and deep gratitude for these loyal employees and their hard working throughout the journey.

At the end of celebration, an exquisitely decorated three-layers cake was placed on the conference table, with the CITEC logo and the words “Established in 2000, 25th Anniversary” drawn and written in cream. Everyone was chatting and enjoying the delicious cake, while laughter and cheers filled the room.

At noon, everybody went to the restaurant to have a great feast of meat and vegetables, sea food and fruit, with unlimited wine and juice.
