Joy. Happiness. Discipline. Fortitude—it all starts in the mind.

When we practice bringing ourselves into a more present state; when we practice letting go of all the extra clutter of our mind; when we practice mindfulness, meditation, and being—we open ourselves to experiencing those positive emotions and feelings.

The more we practice getting in control of the mind just like how we can control our bodies, the better our human experience will be.

Come practice with us and every Sunday at 9am PST. Both in-person or virtually.
