When we say ‘declutter and decorate your space’ with Reiki, we aren’t referring to a trip down memory lane: sitting on the floor for hours, going through old boxes and bits.

No shade- reminiscing is powerful, helps us process, and is necessary. That’s not what we are talking about 🙌

Grab your scrub brush, your gloves, and your trash bag. Grab your tunes 🎶, your grit, and your gumption- it’s time to roll up your sleeves and deep clean. It doesn’t have to be deep.

Reiki helps process emotions and dreams 🌹 but just know, this is such a challenging habit to start building. Alchemizing your dreams, processing unwanted feelings, or feeling grounded when your emotions are elevated is tricky, tough stuff.

The hardest part? Consciousness. You must first acknowledge that you need processing. This mental awareness will help guide your Reiki hands and energy to the right areas in your life.
