Mulmic, ISO9001:2008 and TS16949 certified, has three independent production workshops: stamping workshop, machining workshop ( including CNC lathe, automatic lathe and CNC machining center) and assembling workshop. The precision production equipments imported from Japan and Taiwan, which can produce about 600,000 pieces of stamping parts as well as 2,000 to 5,000 pieces of machining parts every day. The material thickness of stamping parts range from 0.03 mm to 6 mm, The maximum size of length-width can be up to 1,200 mm * 600 mm. The highest accuracy can reach + / - 0.01 mm and the accuracy of machining parts can reach the highest + / - 0.005 mm.The raw materials mainly include all kinds of carbon steel, stainless steel, aluminum alloy, copper alloy, galvanized steel sheet, magnesium alloy, titanium alloy and all kinds of special materials; Surface treatment include polishing, sandblasting, zinc plating, tin plating, nickel plating, gold plating, silver plating, copper plating, alloy plating and spraying (painting and powder spraying), anodized, electrophoresis and other special surface treatment.
