MANUEL CALADO DE VERA, comes from the Philippines, was diagnosed with multiple myeloma. He was admitted to St. Stamford Modern Cancer Hospital Guangzhou on Nov. 18, 2019. Upon the admission, he couldn’t walk due to pain in the lower limbs. After one-week treatment, he can walk and his condition was greatly improved. Before the discharge, he prepared snack for all medical staff and also other Philippine patients in the hospital, to express his greatest gratitude to all medical staff.
