Guess what the rehabilitation robots can do🧐
Upper limb rehab robot🦾: an "mechanical armor" for the arm that uses an end-effector traction device, lending itself to range-of-motion training of the joint and task-oriented practice. It helps patients, especially stroke patients and spinal cord injury patients, engage in high-intensity, repetitive training during the golden recovery window.
Lower limb walking aid robot🦿: a wearable multi support system that can help share the weight of patient, especially paraplegia or stroke patients, or patients with motor disorders. It can simulate natural walking and help patients practice walking repeatedly, regularly, and safely. It can design the stride according to the length of the patient's thighs and calves and customize step frequency, speed, and walking patterns based on the stage of illness.
