WNK125PT is an integrated temperature and pressure sensor that can measure temperature and pressure at the same time.
The temperature is a set of NTC thermistor signals. The NTC temperature sensor is protected by a metal shell. The sensing element does not contact the measured medium. The resistance signal line is directly connected to the PCB board through the lead, which solves the temperature measurement failure caused by vibration and corrosion.
The pressure is a 0.5-4.5V voltage signal. The pressure sensor uses a diffused silicon metal diaphragm oil-filled process and a fully welded sealing process to eliminate the risk of leakage caused by the sealing performance of the sealing ring and the corrosion of the sealing material by the measurement medium. The measured The media applicability is wider. This pressure sensor has high temperature stability and accuracy and is mainly used in new energy vehicle thermal management systems, air conditioning and other fields.

The function of the air conditioner pressure sensor is to prevent the refrigeration system from working under the limit refrigerant pipeline pressure, and help control the speed of the engine cooling fan to protect the air conditioner. Unit units generally do not add pressure sensors due to the simplicity of the system. Pressure sensors are generally used in variable frequency central air conditioning units, especially in multi-connected systems. The pipelines on both sides of the exhaust and return air of the compressor are respectively equipped with high-pressure pressure sensors and low-pressure pressure sensors. . The refrigerant pressure sensor for automotive heating and air conditioning is installed in the high-pressure line between the condenser and the evaporator. During cooling operation, the refrigerant pressure is sensed by the refrigerant pressure sensor and analyzed in the heating and air conditioning control unit. According to the sensor signal, when the refrigerant pressure is too high, the air conditioning compressor is adjusted or turned off by the heating and cooling air conditioning control unit. According to the refrigerant pressure, the fan speed is sensed by the heating and air conditioning control unit, and the fan speed is transmitted to the engine control unit through the bus.
