Research indicates that supplementing bile acids in perinatal dairy cows can significantly increase postpartal milk fatty acid yield, milk fat content, and milk fat yield. This is likely due to increased de novo synthesis and uptake of plasma fatty acids in the mammary gland.

Research indicates that the serves not only as a metabolic hub but also as the "life engine" determining layer breeding efficiency, bridging the gap between ”feed intake" and " 🥚 output":
• Drives 90% of yolk precursor synthesis
• Regulates calcium-phosphorus metabolism and eggshell quality
• Balances reproductive hormones and nutrient allocation

When the liver becomes overburdened, we observe:
⬇️ Shortened laying cycles
⬇️ Declining egg quality
🔝 Increased mortality rates

Our solutions:
✅ Precision nutrition programs - utilizing bile acids for liver protection and burden reduction
✅ Metabolic regulation technology - maintaining optimal energy-protein balance

Let's discuss liver health management to extend productivity and boost your bottom line.

🔎 research article in (Volume 612, Part 2, 15 January 2026, 743220)
✍ Low-dose promotes growth via bile acid-regulated metabolic and lipid-antioxidant pathways in
👉 Dietary bile acids (0.02%) synergize with low-dose astaxanthin (50mg kg−1) to match the growth and antioxidant effects of high-dose astaxanthin (100mg kg−1) in S. paramamosain.
👉 Astaxanthin activates SOD1 to neutralize ROS, synergizing with bile acid-regulated iron and sulfur pathways, reducing hepatopancreatic oxidative stress.
👉 Bile acid-astaxanthin synergy upregulates 5-methylcytosine in S. paramamosain, suppressing chitinase and shifting energy to growth via methyl-metabolic.

✍ Bile acids: A functional feed additive for improving growth, health status, muscle quality, and reducing lipid deposition in mandarin fish (Siniperca chuatsi)

• Optimal dietary bile acids (BAs) range for mandarin fish was 0.15–0.30 g/kg.

• Dietary BAs can improve liver health by enhancing the antioxidant capacity and immunity of mandarin fish.

• Dietary BAs reduced liver lipid content via activating fxr, promoting lipolysis and β-oxidation, and inhibiting lipogenesis.

• Dietary BAs enhanced muscle quality by improving the muscle nutritional levels and texture of mandarin fish.

🔎 RUNEON® Bile Acids Article Published in Journal of ANIMAL SCIENCE(Volume 101,2023)
「Effect of exogenous bile salts supplementation on the performance and hepatic lipid metabolism of aged laying hens」
✍ In conclusion, the addition of exogenous BAs reduces lipid accumulation in the liver. BA supplementation reduces the mortality of and improves egg yolk color, with no unfavorable effect on laying performance. The result suggests that suppressed FAS activity is involved in the reduced hepatic lipid accumulation by BAs treatment.

💡 RUNEON Bile Acids Article Published in
🔎 A 9-week feeding experiment was conducted to investigate the effects of dietary bile acids (BAs) on juvenile genetically improved farmed (GIFT) (Oreochromis niloticus) based on the evaluations of growth performance and parameters relevant to lipid metabolism.
🔎 The result show that dietary supplementation (0.15 g/ kg) can facilitate the lipid metabolism and therefore promote the growth of tilapia. However, overdosed dietary BAs induced gallstone development, disrupted lipid metabolism and depressed the growth performances of GIFT.
