【Continuing Education Training Certificate Course】

This training will be led and taught by our senior lead mentor Victor Kumar (VK) 🧘🏾‍♂️with ERYT500 qualification, over 60,000 hours of teaching and 15 years of experiences in RYT200 and RYT300. 🧘🏻‍♀️In Ashtanga Yoga, we follow a set sequence of postures each time, gradually progress. Focus on TRISTANA method which is BANDHA , breathe and focus based on adjustments will learn in this workshop and also to good for you to understand to improve your personal practice. Tristana consists of Ujjayi Pranayama (breathing technique), Bandhas (energy locks or seals), Dristi (looking focus). Vinyasa Krama Yoga
Krama refers to steps or stages. The combination, vinyasa krama means wise progression, and, in reference to yoga poses, it’s the steady, coordinated movement of poses through stages going from simple poses to a more advanced. This offer the basics of poses and breathing techniques, how to move with your breath in a flow, making it easier to understand the foundation of yoga.

Digital Pranayama
Pranayama, the art of breath control, is a vital component of practice of yoga.
Pranayama is conscious breathing. Prana means energy or life force and pranayama is the channelling of energy within the body.
