3月4日為世界肥胖日，澳門日報會連續4個週六，在祝君健康專欄刊登，有關肥胖的健康小知識，肥胖給人帶來的危害和肥胖的防治方法。

現在最流行的GLP-1 agonists 確實對肥胖有著顯著的療效，但任何人在使用之前，都應該先經過專業醫生的評估，在使用過程中，也應不斷的監測藥物對身體的影響，做到既要有效又要安全。

最後強調一點的是，任何的減肥藥物都應該建立在 飲食的控制和規律的運動 基礎之上。

根據香港衛生署的資料顯示，約每兩個成年人中便有一人的體重指標(BMI)被界定為超重或肥胖，此問題在2019冠狀病毒病疫情期間，因體能活動減少和飲食習慣改變而更趨嚴重。
