Yoga Light provides graceful atmosphere and bring different kinds of Yoga classes in Macau . All the classes are suitable for the beginner practitioner and also classes are teaching by different Masters from around the world.

室內的學生,正享有一份平靜流動的安穩;而在窗外的你,隔着那一層薄薄的玻璃,模仿着室內的律動。這玻璃,恰如人生的隔閡,我們站在鏡子的另一端,在一次次笨拙的模仿中,尋找進入「平靜」的入口,試圖在模糊的倒影中,慢慢拼湊出完整的自我。

Nadi Shodhana (Alternate Nostril Breathing) is a breathing technique used in yoga to help regulate the nervous system.

By breathing slowly and alternately through each nostril, this practice helps balance activity between the left and right sides of the nervous system, encouraging a shift away from stress and into a calmer, more regulated state.

It’s commonly used to:
• Reduce stress and anxiety
• Improve focus and mental clarity
• Support emotional regulation
• Prepare the body and mind for meditation or rest

Practiced regularly, Nadi Shodhana can be a simple tool to bring the system back into balance, especially during periods of mental overload or tension.

We get it. We’ve got you.

From February 5th, we’re introducing Strength & Conditioning at Yoga Light. Created as a natural extension of your yoga practice, not a replacement for it.

These classes focus on simple strength using bands, dumbbells, and light cardio, guided in a way that feels accessible, grounded, and supportive.

The classes are led by .filipe.duarte , a strength & conditioning coach with a background in functional training and mindful movement, working with bodies of all levels and abilities.

✔ For every body
✔ No fitness level required
✔ Included in all Yoga Light class packages

Schedule:

從2月5日起,Yoga Light 將全新推出「肌力與體能訓練」,以此作為瑜伽練習的自然延伸,而非取代。

課程專注於基礎力量,利用彈力帶、啞鈴並結合輕度有氧。課程風格平易近人、專業紥實,營造出友善且包容的訓練氛圍。

本課程由 .filipe.duarte 指導。Filipe是一位專業的肌力與體能教練,擁有豐富的功能性訓練和正念運動背景,擅長引導各種體能程度的學員,讓每一種體態都能獲得有效的全身鍛鍊。
