Pump head is easy to install, most of which are installed through screw. Keep the groove of the coupling is corresponding to the pump head; pump head of large flow rate usually need brackets for stable operation.

Frequent change of pump tube is a normal thing in the application. Unproper installation will damage the pump tube. Therefore, the pump tube MUST be kept in the middle of rollers, pay attention to the position where upper pressure presses the hose must be lifted.

After a long period of non-use, when using again, check whether the rollers inside the pump head is flexible, whether the rotation is stuck, and whether there is a strange noise after starting the peristaltic pump to run. Note: If you find that the rollers are unable to turn or have difficulty turning, do not force them to use. Failure to run under, serious will damage the motor, it is recommended to contact us immediately.

Peristaltic pump is a precision instrument, placed in a humid environment, or dust will affect the normal use of the peristaltic pump, serious or even cause line failure cannot start, so pay attention to the peristaltic pump sealed and stored in a ventilated dry environment is of great importance.

What to do if you encounter a small fault with a peristaltic pump?

　　If the peristaltic pump does not respond when powered on, then please check in the following order. If the pump still does not respond after checking, you can contact our technical support; if the circuit protection device is installed, you need to confirm that the circuit is not tripped, confirm that the power plug is inserted into a normal working socket, check whether the power cord is firmly inserted, and confirm whether the power interface fuse is blown

　　If the pump is on but not running, first you can check if the coupling is damaged, if not, cut off the power, turn the pump head manually and toggle the roller to see if it is rotating properly.

　　The pump transmits a low or no flow rate, give priority to whether the flow rate is set too low, for example when setting 0.1ml the roller barely moves, set a higher flow rate when testing. Next, you can also follow these steps to check. Check that the reagents are normal, check that the pipes are not tangled or blocked, check that all valves are open, check that the hose is in the middle of the rotor, check that the hose is not cracked or damaged, check the running direction, check that the pump head roller can be turned flexibly
