🌞Today at Namaste Mysore Yoga Shala, our backbending class focused deeply on improving shoulder mobility, an essential foundation for safe and effective backbending and especially for learning drop backs.
To support our students on this journey, we introduce various methods to practice Urdhva Dhanurasana (Chakrasana). Today’s session highlighted just one of the many approaches we use to help students explore and understand this posture with confidence.
At our Shala, we put our full heart and effort into guiding every student—whether you are a beginner or an advanced practitioner. For us, everyone is equal on the mat. We work with each individual personally, helping them grow, progress, and deepen their practice in every aspect of yoga🕉️🙏☮️
