✅ Dhanurvakrasana or Dhanurasana (Bow Pose)

This is the more commonly known Bow Pose, named because the body resembles a bow.

🧘‍♂️ How to Practice:
1. Lie on your stomach.
2. Bend your knees and hold your ankles with your hands.
3. Inhale and lift your chest and thighs off the ground, pulling your ankles upward.
4. Balance on your abdomen, keeping the face forward or slightly upward.
5. Breathe normally and hold the pose for 20–30 seconds.
