Loudest Chiropractic Cracks Ever?! Even the Microphone Needed a break!

Today at ChiroCare 恺乐康 in Shanghai, Jing came in for her first chiropractic adjustment. She’d been dealing with lower back discomfort, pelvic tightness, and trouble activating her muscles during workouts.
We found a noticeable leg length imbalance, so we went through a full spine adjustment — with lots of loud cracks and great reactions along the way.

And yes… the microphone actually stopped working after all the adjustments 😂

Jing did great despite being nervous, stayed relaxed, and by the end she felt lighter and moving better.

Thanks for watching — and don’t worry, only the mic suffered today 😅

“Are You Still Alive?” — Postpartum Mom Amazed by Her First ASMR Chiropractic Adjustment

Today at ChiroCare 恺乐康 in Shanghai, we welcomed Mengyue for her very first chiropractic adjustment!

After giving birth, she noticed her posture had changed — her pelvis tilted forward, one leg seemed longer, and her shoulders rounded in. She came in hoping to improve her alignment and ease tension.

During the adjustment, there were plenty of loud cracks (and some funny reactions 😂), but no pain at all — just full-body relaxation.

By the end, Mengyue said her shoulders felt open, her body felt lighter, and even her mind was clearer.
