The boy who is on the sofa has temperature 39! Melissa Gronemeyer from Shanghai United family Hospital holded him for 3,5 hours in the hall not to let to get to the doctor! Finally parents at Shanghai’s night had to go out ( when all pharmacies and medic shops were closed!!!) luckily they have found people who could speak English and recommended them to drive in another hospital.
This child didn’t get a service because in this hospital due medical mistake ( or may be special!!!!!!) was killed a small his brother. After that administration of SUF has put a family in the black list!!!! That’s why they didn’t help a boy.
Is it normal Melissa Gronemeyer??? How you can still work there???

Bottles with water delivered!!!!!!! All girls are very "busy" - everyone has to look))) Nice girls! In hospital you can see many girls, but 1-2 doctors.. (other ideas?)

We try to make this page - with truly information about experience at this hospital. We are keeping information about, feedbacks - to be helpful for new people who comes in Shanghai and may need help. Of cource - we need a real hospital - to be healthy , to be survive!!! But last years there are too many cases when their doctos where not responsible, not professional, when people should look for help in other hospitals. This page - to know from your experience - which doctors may really help and which can be even dangerous for your healthiness.

Ling GAO: NO NO NO!!! Not responsible person, making mistakes and then changing dates in medical reports - she has put reputation of hospital down. Big story - but here just recommendation - not to get this doctor like your doc. Be cautious!!!

Lesley LU : up to date - so loverly and nice person, i would say with Gold Hands!!! I would recommend this doctor if you want to have nice service, good communication and beautifull teeth!
I dream itll stay so!!!

Jessica PU : didnt get gut impression because without any checking just writing to take antibiotics and ibuprophen - for growing child it can be dangerous. Better to ask for other doctor if you are in Hospital.

Helpful video for parents (of boys) and children’s doctors, especially for doctor Xiaochun WANG !!!! May be she is good in Surgeon but not like Children Doc!!! Take care with this doctor for your children!!!

Но, если все также будет болеть, приходите еще - поищем, что именно может давать такую боль...если в следующий раз ничего не найдем - пропишу вам гормоны, попьете 2-3 месяца и все будет ок...
За этот супер прием, я заплатила около 5000 юаней!!!!!

П.С. сразу после, пошла в китайскую больницу (по-соседству) и за 100 юаней мне установили причину болей, выписали лекарства, прописали диету и все - через неделю я и не вспомнила, что у меня когда-то что-то болело...

Простите, что такой большой текст цитирую.. мой случай более сложный. Конкретней - была, вернее - не было оказано квалифицированной помощи и я пытаюсь сейчас как то осветить, выяснить причины (отхожу после шока, начинаю соображать...) Сегодня пыталась разговаривать с patient service.. естественно - от меня отвязались, избавились.. отступать не хочется - потому что больше ни одному человеку не желаю испытать и перенести то, что пришлось выдержать мне.. сняла копии всех историй - это чудесное безобразие!!!!!! - там изменены все данные обследований моих обращений!!! доказывать что-то - не думаю, что хватит сил. Но хочется донести до людей - со страховкой или без, для нас - иноземцев в этой стране - Ради Бога - не болейте!!! и постарайтесь - на всякий случай - заранее найти себе правильную emergency для критических случаев Вашей жизни... но не united family!!! мой случай - не единичный. Не хочу , чтобы еще кто-либо пострадал от неорганизованности , бездарности и необразованности тамошних врачей.........

Customer service is crap and unprofessional. There is no respect for patients' time. I had a billing inquiry and was standing face-to-face with the cashier, who then refers me to the billing collections department. I call the collections dept, who tells me they are not responsible for billing, only insurance questions. I am then referred to the customer service dept, who still has not responded to my issue where they billed for services not rendered. My suggestion is not to sign any billing documents until the cashiers explain it line by line. Make sure you get a printout copy, because the staff are not considerate to provide that either until you ask them. Collections dept is useless.
