Recently we cooperated with a client from the US to carry out an AI & Telehealth Project. Telehealth, the remote delivery of healthcare services using digital technologies, has become increasingly vital in modern medicine. And AI technology can even improve its accessibility, efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and patient outcomes, making it a transformative force in healthcare.
In this workflow, patients use homecare devices and Vihealth app for chronic disease management, and the data recorded will be sent to Lepu AI-ECG Cloud for analysis, and our client can get the analysis result by invoking API. After that doctors can receive and view patient’s data from the web portal to complete the remote monitoring task.
*While the client's dedicated healthcare portal remains under development, doctors are temporarily utilizing Lepu's VIHUB platform. Upon completion and launch of the client's proprietary portal, medical practitioners can transition to the customized healthcare management system.

Lepu’s Application Case of AI-ECG Cloud

Cloud platform refers to a set of services that enable the development, deployment, and management of applications and services over the internet. With Lepu’s AI-ECG Cloud, we build a telecardiology network that helps the ECG diagnosis to be easily realized in multiple scenarios and with multiple devices.

In this application case, we work closely with our Italian client, who has diverse channels including hospitals, pharmacies and nursing homes. In this scenarios, doctors, nurses, pharmacists or other medical workers do ECG tests for patients with Lepu’s devices including Resting ECG and Holter Monitors, and after the acquisition they send the data to Lepu’s AI-ECG Cloud for automatic analysis with AI-ECG algorithm, which can improve the accuracy, efficiency and diagnostic standards. People with heart diseases like arrhythmia or myocardial infarction can easily be diagnosed. The result can be reviewed remotely by professional cardiologists, and then sent back to different scenarios.

Lepu’s AI-ECG Tracker
It is a CE&FDA approved professional diagnosis software for holter monitors that incorporates the whole process from order management to diagnosis report printing.

-Record the data with Portable Holter Monitor M5/M12 or with Patch Holter Monitor ER1-LB
-Can be used in hospital, clinic, physical examination center, community health center.
-The software can also be connected with hospital information systems(HIS).
-It mainly includes Functional Modules (data review & data management) and Dynamic ECG Analysis Module.
-It supports display heart rate trend chart, RR interval scatter plot, short-term interval trend chart, interval lattice plot, interval histogram, time scatter plot, waveform chart, template, and statistical analysis results on the same page.
-AI local server or cloud server can be used to analyse Dynamic ECG with AI deep learning intelligent algorithm. It supports the analysis of 98 detailed ECG events including arrhythmias, myocardial infarction, ventricular hypertrophy, and ST-T abnormalities. The accuracy has reached 95.2%, and has been tested through authoritative databases such as CSE, AHA, MIT-BIH. The analysis time is no more than 1 minute, which can significantly improve the diagnostic accuracy.
