Every piece of PCB is inspected in our factory before they ship to customer .
We prepare micro-section and inspect report for every lot, it will be shipped together with PCBs , no matter it is a new or repeat order from customer.

From our micro-section analysis report , you will find Cu thickness on hole wall , base Cu thickness and plated Cu thickness on out-layers . We also provide measured datas of cross-section ,Cu thickness on 6 different points will be measured.

PCB substrate selection depands on product's application.
Generally speaking , "FR4" usually be selected for electronics products.But for some specific applications , products has a high requirements on thermal conductivity , electrical insulation property , frequency , insulation ， high adhesion ,etc..
For example , LED lights required better heat dissipation , metal substrate is considered firstly . Considering from manufacturing cost , Aluminum Substrate is competitive . As to Power supply in space and defense , Industrial power , Ceramic substrate always be required . In communication application, in order to realize high-perfermance transmission for high frequency signal ,we have to consider DK and Df of Substrate.
If your products with any special requriements , you can consider our advices in PCB design phase.The following high frequency and high speed substrate are using in our factory , pls have a look if any one is you wanted :
