Han's Laser 3D Imaging Smart Modeling Laser Marking Machine
Equipment Processing Workflow —
1. Structured light binocular imaging: Quickly captures the 3D shape data of the workpiece using high-precision 3D blue light scanning technology.
2. 3D modeling: Scanned data is imported into CAM software, where automatic algorithm-based modeling is performed, including denoising, filling, and rendering.
3. 3D model is automatically imported into the marking software.
4. Marking pattern wrapping: Intelligent algorithms adaptively wrap the pattern onto curved surfaces, effectively preventing distortion.
5. Contour positioning and 3D galvanometer processing: Precisely identifies the pattern contour and completes curved surface laser marking with the 3D galvanometer system.
The entire marking process achieves a high level of automation while ensuring the marking pattern remains distortion-free.
