Facing pandemic Take good care of yourself.
Get enough rest. Every day, go to bed and get up at the same hour. Maintain your regular schedule even if you stay at home.
Participate in frequent sporting events. Taking good care of yourself. Find an activity that incorporates exercise, such as dancing or fitness apps. Explore the great outdoors, such as a nature walk.
A balanced diet. Choose a healthy diet. Eat less junk food and less processed sugar. Caffeine should be consumed in moderation since it might enhance tension, anxiety, and trouble sleeping.
Avoid smoking, drinking, and using illegal drugs. You are already at an increased risk of lung illness if you smoke or v**e. Your risk will grow since COVID-19 damages the lungs.
Alcohol will make things worse and limit your capacity to cope. Unless your doctor has prescribed it, avoid using medicines to treat it.
Limit your screen time. Every day, turn off electronic devices for a period of time, including 30 to 60 minutes before going to bed. Reduce the amount of time you spend in front of a screen (TV, tablet, computer, and mobile phone).
Relax and recharge your energies. Give enough time for yourself. Even a few minutes of silence can help individuals feel refreshed, settle their minds, and reduce anxiety. Deep breathing, Tai Chi, yoga, mindfulness, and meditation are all beneficial activities for many people. Take a bubble bath, listen to music, read or listen to a book—anything that will calm you.
Choose a technique that suits you and practice it regularly.
