❌ 4 BIGGEST FAKE “HEALTH” FOODS:
1️⃣ “Fresh” Fruit Juices & Sherbets
• 1 glass = 8-10 tsp sugar (same as soda!)
• No fiber → blood sugar crash → hunger & fatigue
2️⃣ “Diet” Biscuits (Digestive/Marie)
• “Low-fat” = high sugar (4 biscuits = 1 Coke!)
• Ultra-processed → insulin spike → belly fat
3️⃣ Protein Bars
• Most are candy bars in disguise (maltitol, soy protein, palm oil)

Here’s why your protein isn’t working (and how to fix it 👇):

❌ Mistake: Loading up on protein just at dinner → Your body can only use 30-40g at once—the rest gets wasted!

✅ Fix: Spread protein throughout the day to keep muscles strong and cravings low. Try this:
☀️ Breakfast: Eggs or Greek yogurt
🕛 Lunch: Chicken, lentils, or tofu
🌙 Dinner: Fish or Chicken or lentil or beans
🥜 Snack: Handful of almonds or nuts or cottage cheese
