🥗 F U E L 🥗 I’m not the best “plater” when it comes to food presentation, but this sure was yummy (dinner last night). I used to create salads incorrectly. I would pile a big base of leaves (lettuce, spinach, arugula, mixed baby greens), sprinkle some veggies on there, and then garnish with a few sprouts.  While I was at the 3 week health retreat at  in West Palm Beach, Florida, back in Nov-Dec., owners Dr. Brian and Dr. Anna Maria taught me that’s opposite of what we’re supposed to do! 
🥗 Were supposed to have a massive pile of sprouts (sunflower, pea, alfalfa, radish, as examples) as the base, a small bunch (1/2 cup) of leaves (lettuce/spinach/arugula), a hearty dose of sprouted beans, and then whatever veggies we want to add on top. 
🥗 I thought this was CRAZY and wondered how I’d ever feel (or become) FULL.  How was I supposed to gain weight like this? 
🥗 These salads are VERY FILLING, packed with protein, and are nutrient dense.  Because of this, I gained 3 pounds in 3 weeks (most people lose 10-30lbs). Dr. Brian told me that the body does what it’s meant to do.
