Yoga, Meditación, Respiración, Caminar descalzas en la madre tierra, bañarnos en poso de agua de nacimiento, sauna, almuerzo (por favor traer un plato para compartir), danza alrededor del fuego, música, canto….abrir nuestros corazones, despegar la mente, desahogarnos, soltar y sanar. Cuando sana una sanamos todas!! 🌷

March 8th 7pm (ETZ) International Women’s Day 🌹🥰🌹 Join me for a Women’s Circle here at Madre Cocoon, or LIVE on Zoom. An evening to sit in a circle and honor our Divine Feminine, a time to feel seen, heard, supported and most of all to remind us that we are not alone. And when together we are more powerful than ever 💖 A time to send the love and peaceful vibration we will create during this Circle out to the World 🙏🏽 These current events, the daily routine of hearing tragedy and uncertainty can attack our nervous system, We need community, music, dance, ceremony! Stay healthy, Mind, Body, Spirit 💫🌺 if you are coming to Madre Cocoon, please bring warm, comfortable clothes, food/drink you want to sharePlease leave your car on the main road. 🌷Special guests: Kari From Los Angeles, California. holly from Las Vegas, Liz Colibrí from Santa Elena A time for Meditation, Prayer, Sacred chants, sound healing 🌻Message me if you would like to ZOOM Link or/and to save your spot if you are coming 🌹No charge, Donations accepted, it will go to the local women who help me keep up this wellness center, to Apiculture, saving and taking care of the Majestic Bees 🐝💛🌸 If you are joining us on Zoom, I will send you the link, make sure you find a comfortable quiet place, burn some sage/palo santo, light a candle, yoga mat, blanket, essential oil, and a flower. 🌿For everyone present wether here or on Zoom…if you feel it, write a poem about what it feels like when you sit in a circle with women and what it means to honor your own Divine Feminine. Some of us will share it during circle time and the others I will share through social media I needed to Participate somehow during these times of uncertainty. Find your way to participate, wether it’s through calling your local representatives, writing letters, volunteering, donating to amazing non profits who work so hard with humanitarian justice, staying quite is not an option. Together We can bring stability, positive change, freedom and happiness to ALL 🙏🏽♥️
