✨ Dreams are built step by step… and with a heart that beats fiercely. ✨
I began my path in yoga because of a heartbeat ♥️
One morning in an ashram, I felt the call — I knew I wanted to dedicate my life to this sacred practice.
I left a corporate job with a good salary… and most of all, I left behind comfort.
I started teaching in the school where I was trained, slowly finding my place within the yoga community in Medellín.
Later, I co-founded my first school with two wonderful partners.
Then the pandemic came — and that dream dissolved 🙁
I had to return to teaching online and moved to the Caribbean coast alone looking for a new life with a backpack and my dog 🐶
It was there, in simplicity and uncertainty, that the dream to create my own space was born
And today, after a long journey and deep dedication — both spiritual and material — I can say it out loud:
🌿 I have a Yoga Alliance–registered school: Ahimsa Yoga School.
🌿 I have a living sanctuary where I host truly transformative journeys
In a world that never stops making noise, nature, silence and mindful guidance can become sacred anchors ⚓️
To those who’ve walked beside me — thank you 🙏🏽
Today, my heart is full of joy💖
And if you too have a dream… nurture it, follow it, honor it 🧡
Because yes — dreams do come true.
But first… they must be held with truth.
