✨ The three pillars of inner growth ✨
-
Yoga is not only about flexibility or calm moments on the mat.
It is a system of inner training : one that teaches us how to live, choose, and relate to ourselves and the world.
-
In the Yoga Sutras, Patanjali presents three essential practices for real inner transformation:
1. Tapas : discipline
Tapas is the inner fire that sustains commitment.
It’s not punishment or harshness , it’s devotion to your growth.
In modern life, tapas looks like consistency, healthy boundaries, and choosing what is right over what is easy 🤍
2. Svadhyaya : self-study
Svadhyaya is the practice of honest observation.
Studying the teachings, yes , but also studying yourself: your patterns, triggers, desires, and conditioning.
Without self-study, discipline becomes rigid.
With it, discipline becomes intelligent ❣️
3. Ishvara Pranidhana : surrender
Surrender is not giving up.
It is releasing control, trusting timing, and allowing life to move through you without forcing outcomes.
In a world obsessed with control, surrender becomes a quiet form of strength 💪🏽

Tapas builds strength ✨
Svadhyaya builds clarity ✨
Ishvara pranidhana builds peace ✨
-
Together, they form the foundation of a conscious, embodied, and sustainable yoga practice : on and off the mat.

If this kind of yoga resonates with you, my teacher trainings are not about quick answers, but about creating the space where listening becomes possible 🌿
