Return to Your Heart is an invitation to come back into the presence of your body, to inhabit it with awareness and reconnect with nature.

We will gather in the Sierra Nevada de Santa Marta, Colombia, at YAY, a place surrounded by river, jungle, and living nature—offering the ideal environment to support this process.

A bamboo shala, farm-to-table food, and a slower rhythm gently hold the experience.

Through yoga, meditation, journaling, conscious movement, ecstatic dance, rituals, cacao ceremony, and spaces for conversation and silence, we cultivate presence, self-care, and a more honest connection with what we feel.

This is not a massive retreat.
It is a carefully held space, designed for a small group of women who feel the call to reconnect with themselves and return to inhabiting their hearts with greater clarity and calm.

🍃 March 19–23, 2026 (Thursday to Monday) Monday is a public holiday in Colombia, allowing for a relaxed return without rushing.

🌺 4 nights / 5 days of connection, integration, and deep rest.

Cada año se abre un nuevo portal para seguir el latido del corazón, y hoy comenzamos con gratitud profunda, honrando este lugar que nos recibió y nos invitó a quedarnos, abriendo también las puertas a quienes quieran venir a conectar con la naturaleza y con lo esencial.
