Due to Covid-19 we ask you to bring your own yoga mat and props.

Just in case you didn't know yet; Tuesdays are now Yin Yoga sessions and Thursdays my regular Hatha flow style. Both classes still at 08:30 at Villa Decary.

For a Yin class its nice to bring a pillow and a blanket. Its about getting comfortable while you hold a pose longer.

Time for an update!

I am teaching now every Tuesday and Thursday at Villa Decary at 08:30AM. Classes are about 75 minutes and 3000 colones for locals. Hope to see you soon!
