📌 SUNDAY MAY 11th - Full Moon Circle 🌕

The moon moves in cycles, just like we do. As the full moon approaches, it naturally brings energy to the surface, both light and heavy. It’s a time when emotions can feel more intense, and we may notice more restlessness, tension, or emotional buildup.
This Energy & Tension Release Circle is timed just before the full moon to support the natural process of letting go. Through stillness, breath, and guided release, we work with the rising energy, rather than against it, so it can leave the body safely and intentionally.
You don’t need to be spiritual to benefit. All it takes is being human and ready to meet yourself where you are.
