Para abrazar, para sentir, para simplemente estar.
No siempre tenemos que estar bien. No siempre tenemos que seguir produciendo, resolviendo, corriendo…
Escucharnos también es autocuidado.
Darnos permiso para bajar el ritmo, sentir y respirar… también es parte de sanar.

We don’t always have to be okay. We don’t always have to keep producing, solving, rushing…
Listening to ourselves is also self-care.
