Hi Prince Rupert! I have had such a wonderful response for my new classes at the Civic Center, and I am so grateful! Thank you for showing up for yourself!!

I have opened up a second Restorative Yoga class for October as the Thursday class is nearly full.

It will take place on Oct. 1, 8, 15 and 22 from 8-9 pm in the Judo Room at the Civic Center.

The cost is $67.20 inc. GST for all for classes. Message me or comment to grab your spot!

Classes are on Thursdays from 4:00-4:45 in the Judo Room at the Civic Center in Prince Rupert.

I have just a few spots available for my Chair and Restorative classes for September!

2 spots left for Chair Yoga on Thursdays, Sept. 5, 12, 19 and 26 from 6:45-7:45 pm - $54.50 inc. tax for all 4 classes.

2 spots left for Restorative Yoga on Tuesdays, Sept. 3, 10, 17 and 24 from 8-9 pm - $67.20 inc. tax for all 4 classes.

The above 2 classes are in the Judo Room at the Civic Center.
